PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Plan ahead for race day! Parking at Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Hill can be a challenge. Please read below and determine your options prior to race day.
General Parking Information
There are 80 parking spots located at the start/finish line which is at the top of Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Hill.
Parking spots will be reserved for runners and vendors only from 5:30am to 6:30am.
Overflow parking is available at the bottom of Hogsback and Valley Parkway on a first come, first served basis. More overflow parking is available on the side streets of Narraganset & Lakewood Hts. in Lakewood.
All vehicle traffic will be suspended at 6:45am going up to the top of Stinchcomb for the safety of our runners. Be sure to arrive early.
For afternoon/evening arrival, limited, if any, parking will be available at Stinchcomb.
We recommend carpooling, being dropped-off/picked-up at Hogsback Ln., Uber/Lyft, biking, or walking.
Important note: The Hell on Hogsback team is not responsible for finding parking for any race participant, vendor, volunteer, or spectator.
1 & 3-Hour (Morning) Runners
Please park in the Harding Middle School (Lakewood, OH) parking lot, or surrounding street parking spots, and take our free dedicated shuttle bus to and from Hogsback. A shuttle bus specifically for Hell on Hogsback will pick-up before the race and drop off afterwards. Please see below for the timetable estimates.*
6, 12-Hour, Evening 1-Hour, and Kids Fun Run Runners

Spectators
Spectators coming to see runners in the morning may use the shuttle bus service as outlined in the shuttle timetable below. Please note the estimated times of shuttle service.
Spectators watching for a longer period of time are encouraged to carpool with their runner, Uber/Lyft, have a drop-off driver, bike, or walk to and from the race.
Spectators must note that runners have parking priority on Stinchcomb.
All parking options are not manned by the Hell on Hogsback team and are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Shuttle Timetable
*Please note: Times may be adjusted. Email communication to registered participants will be sent with updates.
Those taking the shuttle will be dropped off at the intersection of Hogsback Ln. and Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Hill and will need to walk up the hill to the start/finish line and registration/bib-pick-up areas. Please be aware you will be walking up the hill.
Traffic Flow After 1, 3, and 6-Hour Runs
There will be a mass start for all morning divisions starting at 7:00am sharp (excluding the Kids Fun Run and Evening 1-Hour races). At the conclusion of the morning 1-hour and 3-hour runs, a line of safety cones will be placed down the middle of Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Hill. All runners will stay to the south side (right side) of the cones and traffic exiting the hill will flow on the north side. Race volunteers will be onsite to direct runners and traffic.
