Beneficiary PROGRAM

The Beneficiary Application period for 2026 is now OPEN!

Our internal ethos at Hell on Hogsback is #EndureForCancer. Through this ethos, it is our mission to raise a minimum of $34,000 across 400+ registrants to positively impact 3 cancer patients who are unable to fund their surgical or medical procedure(s) in 2026.

The Hell on Hogsback Beneficiary Program and application process is conducted through the Nelson Family Foundation, the parent organization of Hell on Hogsback (an Ohio 501(c)(3) non-profit organization). All funds gifted to beneficiary recipients will be given through the Nelson Family Foundation.

We accept applications from and on behalf of individuals affected by cancer who could benefit from the funds. Whether the individual has recently been diagnosed with cancer, is going through chemotherapy or radiation treatments, surgeries, or other related health events, we would like to learn about you/them.

If you or someone you know are interested in applying and would like to submit for the opportunity to be gifted proceeds from Hell on Hogsback in 2026, please complete the application form. The Nelson Family Foundation Board of Directors will begin reviewing applications in July 2026 and will communicate acceptance, deferrals, or non-acceptance information by mid-August 2026.

If you submitted an application in 2025 that was not accepted or held, your application will be considered in 2026.

If you have any questions about the application or submission process, please reach out to Hell on Hogsback Race Manager, Amy Perez, at endure@hellonhogsback.com.

We also welcome partnerships with organizations and companies who share our mission. If your organization is interested in collaborating with Hell on Hogsback, please reach out to Hell on Hogsback Race Manager, Amy Perez, at endure@hellonhogsback.com.
