Every step taken at Hell on Hogsback is fueled by more than endurance – it’s fueled by purpose. Our race was built on the mission to Endure for Cancer, and every donation helps us extend that mission beyond race day.

Your generosity directly supports cancer patients in need, helping cover critical medical expenses and providing relief during some of the hardest chapters of their lives. Together, our community of runners, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters is making a tangible impact, one donation at a time.

In 2026, we are anticipating to donate race proceeds and all donations to 3 families in need.

3% Cover the Fee

Nelson Family Foundation (DBA Hell on Hogsback) is a registered 501(c)(3) Ohio nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-3069644.). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for donations unless otherwise noted. Hell on Hogsback registration fees are participation fees and are not tax-deductible. All donations are non-refundable. Registrations are refundable only if the event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
