326 Miles.
48 Hours. One Team.
Run Across Ohio — Cincinnati to Cleveland June 29 – July 1, 2026
Four runners. One RV. The entire Ohio to Erie Trail. All of it to put money directly into the hands of cancer patients who need it.
THE
MISSION
Hell on Hogback exists for one reason: to put money directly into the hands of cancer patients facing financial devastation. No bureaucracy & no middlemen. Just runners showing up and donations that go straight to people who need them.
This year's goal: three $12,000 checks, hand-delivered to individuals facing cancer-related financial hardship.
Run Across Ohio is 326 miles of trail running across the state — Cincinnati to Cleveland — completed as a relay by four runners in under 48 hours. Every mile is a fundraiser. Every swap point is a chance for someone to donate.
